How OneOnOne handles identity, profile, location, conversation, and subscription data.
Data we collect
Account identifiers, age-verification status, profile answers, approximate location, recommendations, connection activity, messages, reports, subscription entitlement, and device diagnostics.
How we use it
To verify eligibility, provide reciprocal recommendations, enforce one active connection, operate chat, prevent abuse, manage subscriptions, and improve reliability.
Location and identity
Exact coordinates and raw identity documents are never shown to other members. The production identity provider should retain documents only as required by the contracted verification and legal process.
Retention and deletion
Unreported ended conversations are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Safety and legally required records may be retained under a documented policy. Account deletion is available in the app and on this website.
External AI agents
If you connect Codex or another agent, it may read only your editable profile fields and submit drafts you must approve. OneOnOne does not run the agent or receive its conversation. Revoke a connected client at any time.
This implementation copy is a product draft and must be replaced or approved by Japanese counsel before launch.
