Delete your account
Delete OneOnOne from Settings → Account → Delete account, or submit a web request after launch.
Before deletion
End any active connection and review your Apple or Google subscription. Deleting OneOnOne does not automatically cancel store billing.
What is removed
Your profile, photos, messages, preferences, devices, and recommendation data are scheduled for deletion. We will explain any safety or legal records that must be retained.
Web requests
The production support form will verify account ownership before processing. It will never ask for your password, one-time code, or complete identity document by email.
This implementation copy is a product draft and must be replaced or approved by Japanese counsel before launch.
